My Christmas stay was great. What I liked the most about the hotel was the amazing location, it was right in front of the iconic Yubatake. the shuttle service was fantastic, it had a shuttle to the bus terminal and another one to the ski resort. the dinner and breakfast offered were delicious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

the Wi-Fi was not available in the rooms, only in the lobby, and even there it was not always working.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location of this hotel is superb, right in the heart of town. We loved being so close to the market place and all the shops. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were extremely helpful and even went out of their way to help us retrieve some misplaced clothes. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was also excellent, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The room amenities were top-notch, with comfortable beds and a lovely terrace to relax on. The onsen bath was a highlight, offering an authentic and relaxing experience. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel location is fantastic, right in the heart of town, close to the market and everything. the room was spacious and clean, offering great amenities, including an onsen and a shuttle service. the breakfast was tasty, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The communication with the staff was difficult due to the language barrier.

We spent our Xmas break at a hotel that exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, and even though we struggled a bit with the language barrier, they tried hard to communicate with us. The location of the hotel, right in front of the main attraction, was everything we hoped for. We admired the traditional architecture of the building and enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle service to the nearby bus station. Plus, the onsen offered a memorable and relaxing experience that we loved.

The long walk to get to our room, which was a bit confusing for us. We also found the room itself to be a little cramped and lacking adequate lighting for reading or working.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, as it is right at the heart of the onsen town and very close to everything. Additionally, the hotel facilities are great and the staff is friendly. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel's cleanliness.

Can't fault the property in any way.
